This web site is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon our sending an email to you indicating that the order has been fulfilled and on its way to you. If you are under 18 only use this web site with the supervisions of an adult. Payment information must be provided by or with the permission of an adult.

II. Products

Our e-shop offers a variety of products including biochar and products made from/with biochar, along with other items related to gardening and agriculture. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality images for all our products. However, please note that the actual color, size, and details of the products may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and other factors. We reserve the right to withdraw stock at any time, and make no representations as to the availability of stock. If we accept an order but are unable to fulfill it for any reason we will refund in full.

III. Ordering Process

Orders can be placed directly on our website. Once you have selected the desired product, you can add it to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are needed.

If you receive goods which do not match those that you ordered, or that are faulty, you should contact us with 14 days to arrange collection and return. We are responsible for paying shipment costs. You will have the option to have the gods replaced with those ordered or be refunded. Refunds and replacements will be issue upon our receipt of the returned goods.

IV. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in GB Pounds and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. We accept card payments via Stripe.com. All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe, and we do not have access to your card details. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all representations and descriptions of goods available through the web site correspond to the actual goods, there may be variations to these actual descriptions and Brodie Biomass is not responsible for the variations from these descriptions. This does not exclude errors and omissions through negligence on our part.

V. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party delivery companies.

VI. Safety Information

Safety is our top priority. When working with soil, biochar, and other loose materials that may produce dust, please ensure to use appropriate safety measures. This may include wearing protective clothing, masks, and gloves. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and guidelines when using our products.

VII. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

In accordance with UK law, customers have the right to return their purchases within 14 days of receipt. If you cancel a purchase before dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases. If you wish to return a product, please contact us first, providing the following information; order details, date of purchase, date received, name of purchaser, address of purchaser and reason for return.

Returned items must be in their original condition. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss of value of any goods supplied.
